Blank Goods
All blank goods receive a discount of $0.30 (V). Orders will ship within 48 hours. |
First Time Orders
Pre-paid or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. |
Order Approval
Personalized orders require a paper-proof approval with an authorized signature before proceeding with production. Any delay in approval will affect the lead-time of an order. |
Production Time
Standard delivery for personalized goods is 10 business days from when approval is given. No cancellations or changes accepted after approval. Providing quality artwork and correct information will ensure a quick approval process and timely delivery. |
Over & Under Runs
There is a 5% allowance for all personalized orders. LimeLight invoices orders accordingly and reserves the right to close orders where short ships occur. |

| Samples & Pre-Production Proofs |
Samples
Requests ship within one business day from receipt of order. Items are billed Net 30 at EQP pricing. Freight charges will be included unless customer provides a UPS account number. |
Digital Samples
Free digital samples available upon request. |
Pre-Production Proofs
The cost of a pre-production proof is $56.25 (V) and ships using next day services unless otherwise specified in writing. Any approval over one business day may cause production delays. |

Shipping Methods
LimeLight reserves the right to determine the best transportation method for product delivery unless written instructions specify an alternative method. UPS Ground is the standard method of shipment. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. FOB Southern California Factory. |
